Job summary

Trillium Foods in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Night Shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM). You will manage line changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain facilities to ensure safe, efficient production.

Role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to perform preventive maintenance. Experience with boilers/pasteurizers and pumps/motors is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment).
• Experience with boilers and pasteurizers (preferred).
• Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime
• Track downtime in ERP system
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Complete GMP and SOP training
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects
