Job summary

Lineage in Richland, Washington is seeking a mechanically inclined maintenance technician for the Nights shift. You’ll perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment, assist with conveyors, motors, pumps, and refrigeration systems, and help troubleshoot basic automation components under experienced technicians.

Trade school graduates or those with hands-on maintenance experience are welcome. You’ll use hand and power tools, work in a cold storage environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and

Qualifications

• Trade school education or hands-on maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or automation components.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on facility equipment and building systems.
• Assist with maintaining conveyors, motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Learn to inspect and maintain refrigeration systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining automation components at automated facilities.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Help keep equipment operating safely and efficiently following safety policies.
• Complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
