Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Richland, WA. You will perform preventative maintenance, service conveyors and motors, and learn refrigeration systems under guidance from experienced technicians.

Ideal candidates have trade school training or hands-on maintenance experience, basic electrical knowledge, and comfort with hand and power tools. A safety-focused mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

Trade school education or hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems or automation components such as sensors and relays.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Good communication and teamwork; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on facility equipment and building systems.
Assist with maintaining conveyors, motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
Learn to inspect and maintain refrigeration systems under guidance.
Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain sensors, switches, relays, and motor controls.
Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
