Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift at our Mount Vernon, WA facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. This permanent on-site role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical systems; pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with CMMS and PLC systems;HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises and equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Use tools, meters, and handling equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and maintenance history.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and make adjustments.
• Assist in training of junior technicians and operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost performance and quality.
