Job summary

Quanex Building Products Corp. in Greenville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 3rd shift to ensure robust operation of equipment through preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am. The role includes diagnosing electrical components, working with PLCs and HMIs, and safely handling voltages up to 480V. Benefits include 401K, ESPP, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, HMIs, and other electrical components experience preferred.
• Ability to pass Electrical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Performing general maintenance of all equipment.
• Assisting in the implementation of new equipment and equipment improvements.
• Diagnose failed components and safely work on voltages up to 480V.
• Communicate with maintenance personnel to solve equipment issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate updates with off-shift maintenance personnel as needed.
