Job summary

Röchling Group in Dallas, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for night shift (6pm–6am) to maintain, repair, and calibrate complex industrial machinery. You will read schematics, use precision tools, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in an active manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and proficiency with measurement instruments. A competitive wage and shift premium apply.

Qualifications

• Read and troubleshoot from schematics, blueprints, manuals, and computers on electronics and pneumatic instrumentation.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery to improve productivity.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose trouble from a predictive standpoint and modify, repair, overhaul, and rebuild machine parts and fixtures.
• Operate and maintain plant machinery and equipment, fixtures and special tools.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and assist in system operations during issues.
• Start up new or repaired equipment and ensure proper operation.
