Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in a manufacturing setting or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose, modify, repair, overhaul, and rebuild complex machine parts and fixtures.
• Read schematics, blueprints, manuals, and use measuring tools for precision work.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Start up new or repaired equipment and verify proper operation.

Responsibilities

• Read and troubleshoot from schematics, blueprints, manuals, and computers on electronics and test pneumatic instrumentation in production.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery to improve productivity.
• Inspect and measure parts with calipers/micrometers to verify dimensional requirements.
• Diagnose issues from a predictive perspective and repair or rebuild machine parts and fixtures.
• Operate machine tools and equipment and assist with layout and development tasks.
