Job summary
AZEK Exteriors is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a rotating 4 days on/4 days off shift from 5:45pm to 6:15am at our Scranton-area facility. The role focuses on maintaining production lines and equipment to maximize uptime, with responsibilities including work-order management, coaching operators, and supporting TPM/6S programs.
The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 0+ years in a Maintenance Tech I role, welding and forklift qualifications are a plus, and strong
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course is a plus.
- Welding experience with structural welding certification is a plus.
- Forklift experience with TT Forklift Certification program preferred.
- Must be capable of troubleshooting Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain production lines and equipment to ensure uptime.
- Assist in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors.
- Complete work orders as defined by leadership.
- Support TPM and 6S programs.
- Train and coach operators in preventive maintenance checks.
- Assist with line commissioning after maintenance events.
- Participate in plant projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
