Job summary

Harland Clarke Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). The role focuses on preventive/corrective maintenance of printing equipment and related systems, with strong emphasis on reliability and uptime. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits after 30 days.

Responsibilities include assisting operators, troubleshooting, and supporting upgrades while maintaining accurate repair records and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical or electronic courses preferred.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Experience using Windows-based PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with minor maintenance issues and replace damaged items.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and audits.
• Assist with facilities maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Review performance data to drive improvement.
