Job summary

Vericast in High Point seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities within a printing environment.

You will assist operators, troubleshoot, and rebuild equipment, maintain records, and support Level 2/3 repairs while following safety procedures.

The role offers pay $23.00–$27.00/hour DOE plus $1.75 shift differential, with benefits after 30 days and a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical reasoning skills and conscientiousness.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment under time constraints.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience using Windows based PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with minor maintenance issues as needed and replace broken items.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and audits.
• Assist with facilities maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Review and interpret performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or assist with local engineering upgrades and projects.
