Job summary

Mark Anthony Group, an entrepreneurial drinks company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Arizona facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain highly automated production equipment according to predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, documenting maintenance actions, collaborating with production teams, and supporting SOP development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing; beverage or packaging preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, welders, lifts, multi-meters and industrial shop equipment.
• Read schematics and repair VFDs, servo motors, controllers, and safety modules.
• Forklift experience a plus (certification not required).
• Proficient with CMMS, MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive/preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair highly automated production equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete PM paperwork.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption.
• Assist with SOP development and training of staff.
