Job summary

Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for the 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule) at our Columbia, SC site.

You will guide technicians, troubleshoot complex production equipment, and ensure PMs, work orders, and safety procedures are followed to keep the line running smoothly. The role requires leadership experience, servo controller knowledge, and strong CMMS and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of proven industrial mechanical leadership experience.
• Experience troubleshooting high-speed, computer-controlled production machinery.
• Knowledge of servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
• Precision machining and sanitary welding skills preferred.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and safety commitment.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback while working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance technicians on the assigned night shift, delegating work orders and guiding daily tasks.
• Maintain daily Work Summary Reports and ensure PMs/work orders are completed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety, GMP adherence, and proper PPE usage across the shift.
• Mentor and train new technicians, supporting ongoing development.
