Job summary

The position offers a 2/2/3 schedule with $2.00/hr shift differential. Candidates should have a technical certificate and at least 1 year in industrial operations; OSHA/Hazmat training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Technical certificate preferred (HVAC, welding, electrical, automation).
• 1+ years’ experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, food/pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent facility needs efficiently and effectively.
• Read and understand diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications to disassemble, repair, replace, rebuild, and install mechanical equipment.
• Basic knowledge of belts, sheaves, chains, sprockets, bearings, lubrication standards, and applications.
• Utilize CMMS (SAP) to support the maintenance function including review, execution, and documentation of scheduled/unscheduled work daily.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance; maintain sanitary conditions and adhere to Food Safety/Quality policies.

Education

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
