Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Troy, OH facility. The role involves overhaul, repair, and testing of high-speed production equipment across ovens, packaging machines, mixers, and conveyors.

Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED with prior maintenance experience in a production setting, plus knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, welding, and safety practices. Overtime and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED with prior maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding ability.
• Familiarity with safety, GMPs, and USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, repair, and test high speed production equipment including ovens and packaging machines.
• Understand and follow shop prints, specs, and manufacturer manuals for servicing.
• Maintain parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Train new hires on safety practices and Conagra standards.
• Complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines.
