Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Maintenance Technician for nights to ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair of production and facility systems. You will work with operators, supervisors, and senior technicians to resolve issues on injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, and conveyors.

Essentially you will read schematics, diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, perform repairs, and document work orders while following plant safety rules and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in field or similar maintenance environment.
• Experience in managing people and projects is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with shop tools and precision measuring devices.
• Strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment following defined processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and safety compliance.
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs in a safe, timely manner.
• Document repairs and parts usage; report progress and issues during shift.
