Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime in our Lancaster plant. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment including molders, labelers, conveyors, and packaging lines while maintaining facilities like chillers and air systems.

You will work with Operators, Supervisors, and Sr. Mechanics to resolve issues, follow safety rules, and document repairs. A strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or similar maintenance environment
• 4+ years in the current position
• 4+ years experience managing people or projects
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across departments
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic
• Own toolbox and basic tools

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and test equipment
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and related machinery
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely
• Create and report repairs and document parts usage
• Adhere to plant safety rules and PPE requirements
• Possess willingness to be a technical leader and trainer in a specific area
