Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand repair manuals and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS and basic computer skills.
• 5+ years of maintenance operations experience.
• Industrial automation controls with electrical troubleshooting experience including 480V systems.
• Basic knowledge of gear pumps, gear reducers, AC motors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and repair components.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment to optimal specifications.
• Inspect parts and measure with calipers/micrometers to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and document actions in the CMMS.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and support cross‑shift communication.
