Job summary

Silfex, Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm–6am) in Eaton, Ohio. You will maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform electrical installations and tests, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and CNC equipment.
• Must be able to work effectively individually and in a team.
• Lean manufacturing concepts (5S) knowledge would help.

Responsibilities

• Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic aligned with company values.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines.
• Locate sources of problems using diagnostic tools and measurements.
• Maintain inventories and order parts for maintenance work.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and incidents reported promptly.
• Collaborate with operators, engineering and quality control to resolve issues.
