Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem, PA to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines, diagnose issues, and implement repairs while ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualified candidates have 2–3 years in maintenance, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, pneumatics, and HMI/PLC controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors and production machines.
• Diagnose problems using instruments and observations; document actions taken.
• Repair and replace components; maintain safe working environment.
• Operate with HMI/PLC controls; troubleshoot 3‑phase motors and pneumatics.
