Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (5:00PM-3:30AM) in Arkansas. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of production equipment, reading schematics and blueprints as needed.

Responsibilities include wiring and pipe work, machine setup, part fabrication, and ensuring safety standards. The role offers benefits and a competitive hourly wage, with overtime available and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Listen for unusual sounds and diagnose machine problems with supervisors.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test machines to find root cause.
• Dismantle machines to access problem areas.
• Replace worn parts and repair machinery.
• Inspect parts for wear and misalignment.
• Replace pipe components and hydraulic lines as needed.
• Realign and adjust machine components such as spindles.
• Measure, cut, thread, and install new pipes.
• Test operation after repairs and run machines safely.
• Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate parts.
• Lubricate moving parts and read schematics/blueprints.
• Assemble and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Repair the facility structure as needed.
• Operate lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines.
• Fabricate counters, benches, partitions, and other structures.
