FLAVOR REDDY FOODS, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Cincinnati, OH plant on the Night Shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM). The role focuses on line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical skills and will perform preventive maintenance, monitor downtime, and participate in GMP/SOP training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment).
- Experience with boilers and pasteurizers (preferred).
- Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
- Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
- Track downtime in ERP system.
