Job summary

Kerry Owen, WI is hiring a 12-hour Night Shift Maintenance Technician to support the Dairy and Culinary division. The role involves repairing and maintaining equipment, installing and troubleshooting, and completing work orders with the Maintenance Planner.

You will join a safety-forward team committed to good manufacturing practices. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, log entries in CMMS, and participation in safety programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Electrical 3-phase systems, PLCs and controls.
• Extensive repair experience with pumps, motors, filters and pipes.
• Welding, cutting and grinding with wide range of powered shop tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues and malfunctions.
• Repair, replace or rebuild process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves and motors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, plus grounds maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Planner.
• Log all work in the CMMS with hours worked per work order.
• Participate in Plant Safety Committee and safety trainings.
