Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of maintenance/machine repair experience required; experience in Food & Beverage or journeyman/apprentice certification preferred.
• Basic electrical circuitry knowledge required.
• Ability to weld (TIG/MIG) and fabricate.
• Forklift certification required prior to operating any company forklift.
• Experience with CMMS programs preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturer manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, and QA standards; adhere to job specs.
• Inspect production line for proper setup and equipment function.
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair facility and production equipment.
• Develop work orders and PMs for continuous improvement.
• Assist Line Leads with issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document maintenance activities and report findings to Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage shift handoffs.
• Overtime and weekend shift availability during shutdowns.
