Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) to support a 2-shift operation.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with minor fabrication in a clean food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, PLC knowledge, and good math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with solid mechanical aptitude.
• 5–6 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting, electrical distribution, and PLC understanding.
• Ability to read manuals and drawings; good math skills.
• Excellent communication and urgency mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor fabrication.
• Stock and locate spare parts; document maintenance.
• Operate welding as needed and support safety programs.
• Adjust schedule for 2-shift operation; OT as required.
