Stratas Foods in Dallas, TX is seeking a maintenance worker for night shift duties from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with some weekend work. The role involves general housekeeping, equipment maintenance, PM tasks, and operating forklifts and other lifting equipment to support production lines.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing experience, basic data entry, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge - data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklift truck, scissors lift, zoom boom, and sky trac.
• Ability to rewire electrical components throughout plant (strong industrial electrical background).
• Ability to connect laptop to equipment to troubleshoot machine.
• Ability to wear respirator (SCBA and/or cartridge type) (physical may be required).

Responsabilités

• Keep lines running for better efficiency.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Maintain neat and clean work areas.
• Follow SOPs and lockout procedures.
• Conduct PM on assigned areas.
• Complete daily and monthly PMs.
• Assist others on job tasks.
• Identify needed mechanical improvements.
• Make necessary mechanical repairs when possible.
• Identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Complete and record downtime sheets/GMP logs.
• Be on call on weekends when required.
• Rewire electrical components throughout plant.
