LiDestri Foods is hiring a Maintenance Tech for a 12-hour night shift (6pm-6:30am) in Fairport, NY. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment with strong mechanical and electrical skills, supporting Safety, Quality, and GMP programs, and performing preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and electrical systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Setup, repair, install, and maintain machinery and electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance on utilities equipment.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical malfunctions and document repairs.
• Coordinate with shifts to review schedules and changesovers.
• Comply with safety, SQF, and food safety audits.
