Job summary

Lake Country Dairy is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 6PM–6AM shift in Turtle Lake, WI. This full-time role offers a 3–4 day work week with overtime opportunities in a 24/7 cheese manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include electrical work, welding, equipment repair, pneumatics, pump repair, motor troubleshooting, and HVAC systems. PLC knowledge is a plus; great benefits and growth potential are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with good time management and prioritization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
