Lake Country Dairy is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, drive reliability, and lead a team of technicians in a 24/7 dairy facility in Turtle Lake, WI. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in dairy/food plant maintenance with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, plus experience with motors, pumps, PLCs, HVAC, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 10 years maintenance experience in a dairy or food manufacturing plant.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the maintenance team, driving high performance, accountability and standards of work.
• Ensure timely repair of equipment and completion of work orders, instilling a strong sense of urgency and drive to determine and resolve root cause.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to coordinate and execute maintenance projects.
• Oversee the development, scheduling, and control of the plant preventive maintenance program.
• Manage the supply of parts and tools, ensuring stock on hand and timely ordering.
• Respond to needs of a 24/7 plant with on-call availability.

We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world!We are now hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations to ensure optimal equipment reliability, facility functionality, and compliance with safety standards.
