Lake Country Dairy is hiring a Night Shift Relief Operator to join our team of cheesemakers and operators in Turtle Lake, WI. The role involves learning all skilled operator positions and providing coverage for vacations, leaves, and other absences.

• Must have a mechanical aptitude and strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Experience as a cheesemaker or other skilled position within a dairy plant is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all skilled operator positions throughout the plant and provide coverage for vacations, medical leaves, call-ins, or other situations of need.
• Support night shift operations with flexibility on schedule and overtime opportunities.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient production environment and cross-train across different roles.

Learn all skilled operator positions throughout the plant and provide coverage for vacations, medical leaves, call in's or other situations of need. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys variety in their work and likes to learn. Great money making opportunity with overtime opportunities and increases given as you learn and get licensed in different positions.
