Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for nights on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule at our Fishers, IN facility. The role supports upkeep and repair of plant functions, working with supervision and cross-department teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform monthly preventive maintenance, repair equipment, and assist in inventory and housekeeping to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years' experience in machine repair, tool & die and/or machinist areas.
• 1-3 years' mechanic troubleshooting experience.
• General knowledge of Maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Good team working skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly preventative maintenance as directed by Supervisor and repairs in all areas of manufacturing plant.
• Aids in upkeep of parts and supplies inventory.
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area and supports other departments when projects overlap.
