Job summary

Superior Trim – Springfield is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department on the 3rd shift (10:30pm to 7am, Sunday-Thursday). Starting pay is $24 per hour and will be commensurate with experience.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facilities, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and support tooling, robotics (AB and Fanuc), and basic fabrication as needed. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing sensitive mechanisms preferred.
• Troubleshooting PLCs and robotics, specifically AB and Fanuc, is desirable.
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting/welding).
• Certifications or training related to maintenance are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative/predictive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and facility.
• Repair equipment and tooling to maintain production quality per standards.
• Stock and replenish parts with Purchasing and Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of plant and facility.
