Superior Trim – Springfield is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Technician for the third shift (10:30pm–7:00am, Sunday–Thursday). Start pay is $24/hour and will reflect experience.

The role covers preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and parts coordination to keep production running smoothly. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and molding machinery; PLCs and Fanuc robotics

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection mold machinery preferred.
• Troubleshooting PLCs and robotics, especially Fanuc, is highly valued.
• Basic fabrication skills such as cutting and welding are a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training are welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventative/predictive maintenance on machinery, production equipment and facilities.
• Repair equipment and tooling to maintain production quality and standards.
• Stock and replenish parts with Purchasing to support maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant and facility.

Superior Trim – Springfield is looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. This is a 3rd shift opening (10:30pm to 7am, Sunday-Thursday), and minimum pay starts at $24/hour, will pay based on experience..

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Performing routine preventative / predictive maintenance of machinery, other production equipment, and facility.
• Repairing equipment and tooling as necessary as it pertains to production and the quality of production in accordance with established standards
• Stocking and replenishing necessary parts or equipment in coordination with the purchasing department and Maintenance Manager, to perform necessary maintenance and repair
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of plant and facility

A successful applicant will have:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing sensitive mechanisms preferred.
• Previous experience troubleshooting PLCs and robotics, specifically A/B and Fanuc
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting/welding)
• Relevant certifications, training, or course work preferred, but not required
