Job summary
Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance of all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations.
You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring safe operations in a climate-controlled shop as part of a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement. The role operates night shift (7pm–7am) on a rotating weekly schedule with every other weekend off, offering comprehensive
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment
- OR Vocational certificate in Mechatronics
- OR 2 year technical degree completed
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
- Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt
- Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
- Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
- Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment
- Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs
- Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection
