Qualifications

• Broad experience maintaining and repairing Electrical, Hydraulics and Mechanical device systems.
• Can develop and perform less routine PMs.
• Can troubleshoot basic facility and emergency maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to solve complex facility and emergency maintenance problems within tight time constraints
• Develop maintenance specific work instructions covering inspection, testing, measurement, repair, and replacement
• Train Maintenance Technician team members
• Troubleshoot PLC problems by identifying and isolating common faults
• Drive predictive maintenance using math, drawings, and trend analysis
• Collaborate with technicians, engineering and leads to improve safety, quality and efficiency
• Understand and follow maintenance work instructions to inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace hydraulic, PLC, and electrical equipment
• Install and troubleshoot new equipment
