Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as a maintenance technician required.
• Experience with equipment repairs and preventive maintenance required.
• Read and understand instructions and apply job requirements to ensure quality.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate English effectively.
• Adept with basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and ethics procedures.
• Read PM procedures and interpret basic engineering drawings.
• Inspect, test, repair, and replace mechanical equipment per instructions.
• Log maintenance tasks and PM results.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to improve safety and efficiency.
• Develop and train team members on maintenance practices.
