TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for its Lancaster, PA location. This full-time role supports the maintenance team, driving initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety across the plant.

The position runs 6PM to 6AM, with rotating days and weeks and potential overtime based on business needs. The candidate should have manufacturing experience, strong instruction-following and communication skills, and the ability to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing a plus.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain food processing equipment safely.
• Perform housekeeping aligned with GMP and company policies.
• Adhere to work instructions to ensure food safety and quality.
• Identify and report safety, food safety, and quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations.
