Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for our Lancaster, PA plant. This full-time role supports the Quality team by driving initiatives to improve performance, quality and safety while operating processing equipment and following GMPs.

The position offers a 6PM–6AM rotating schedule with potential overtime. Candidates with manufacturing experience and strong communication skills will excel in this role at TreeHouse Foods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
