Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Lancaster plant's maintenance team.

You will operate processing equipment safely on a 12-hour night shift (6PM–6AM) with overtime on as needed; rotate days/weeks. Excellent opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician II role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Competitive compensation: earn $37.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.

• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

About You:
