Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance team at our Lancaster facility, driving improvements in performance, quality, and safety across the plant.

You will operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment safely, adhere to GMPs, and follow work instructions to ensure food safety and quality, while reporting any safety or quality concerns. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
