Job summary
AbbVie is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician on the MD Fill A2 Night Shift (6pm-6:30am, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Saturday). This role supports preventive and demand maintenance tasks under supervision, with opportunities to grow under Senior Technicians in a multi-craft environment.
Responsibilities include following GMP and safety regulations, using basic tools, and contributing to preventive and predictive maintenance programs while building foundational skills for a
Qualifications
- HS diploma or certificate required or ongoing technical training in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with manual and power tools in an industrial setting is expected.
- Ability to read technical specifications and use basic measuring tools.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to AbbVie’s Code of Business Conduct
- Understands and follows all GMP and Safety regulations
- Work with Sr Level Technicians across Maintenance to build a multi-craft foundation and develop into a higher-level Technician.
- Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities; pursue skill growth.
