Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our UD Fill line operating on the B1 shift (7:00 am–7:30 pm) Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday. You will diagnose, repair, and document maintenance and set up changeovers to keep production running on schedule.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent experience, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently within a team while following cGMP and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in industrial maintenance or 3–5 years related experience.
• Mastery in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a cGMP/FDA environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance methods and various industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production/packaging equipment to support on-time delivery.
• Set up and changeovers of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Complete documentation for repairs and maintenance per SOPs and cGMP.
• Train less experienced mechanics on PMs and changeovers.
• Keep work areas clean and comply with safety policies.
