Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II on a 12-hour night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) at its Prattville facility. You will maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and support production with quick, safe repairs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, conducting scheduled maintenance, and training operators. The role requires a two-year associate degree in industrial maintenance and at least five years of relevant

Qualifications

• Attendance must be regular, punctual and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within instructions and routines.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Produce quality by monitoring quality levels and adjusting processes as needed.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance during operation.
