Job summary
Skills Alliance in Milwaukee area is seeking Maintenance Technicians for the night shift. You will keep high-speed aseptic lines running overnight, diagnose faults, perform PMs, and support plant utilities in a permanent, full-time role with a 3 on/2 off rotation.
The team offers high pay (up to $50/hr including night premium), a quarterly bonus, and overtime opportunities in a stable manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in food, beverage or a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Aseptic packaging experience is a big plus; strong high-speed filling or bottling backgrounds will be considered.
- Hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, servo drives and motion control.
- Able to read electrical schematics.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and AC/DC systems.
- Experience using a CMMS.
Responsibilities
- Keep high-speed aseptic filling, packaging and processing lines running through the night.
- Diagnose faults on mechanical and electrical sides and get lines back up fast.
- Carry out PMs and support plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, chillers and cooling towers.
- Own recurring issues until they’re fixed for good.
