Milwaukee Succeeds is hiring for a role focusing on troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment. The starting wage ranges from $27 to $37 per hour depending on experience, with potential top earnings of up to $44 per hour through our skill-based pay system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Using fabrication and welding skills for equipment repairs.
• Participating in design, fabrication, and relocation of machinery.

Skills

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Welding skills meeting USDA/WDA standards
