Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Madison, WI to service and support manufacturing operations, maximize production output, and perform preventive maintenance. The role involves 12-hour night shifts on a 4-3 rotation with fixed schedules, focusing on hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Compensation includes $30–$33 per hour plus a $1.50 night shift premium, a 401(k) dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%, comprehensive benefits from day one, PTO and holidays, tuition

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prefer strong electrical background with emphasis around controls.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Asses and repair equipment as problems arise for the machines and the building.
• Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetings.
• Assist in capital improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure.
• Assist other departments with improvement projects.
• Complete required forms legibly.
