Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems.

• Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Observe equipment in operation to identify root causes of breakdowns or performance issues.
• Install, service, and support new and existing equipment.
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain parts, tools, and supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Complete daily shift turnover reports using a computer system.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
