Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Maintenance Technician – Level 3 for the Nashville overnight facility. You’ll maintain automated canning lines, conveyors, and PLC-driven systems to meet GMP standards, with a 3rd shift schedule and a 5:00 PM–5:30 AM rotation.

Strong PLC troubleshooting and night-shift autonomy are essential for keeping production flowing. Applicants should have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably GMP food/bev setting.
• Experience with automated canning lines and conveyors is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production machinery.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system failures to maximize equipment effectiveness.
• Diagnose and repair sensor-based cameras and photo-eye tech linked to PLCs.
• Monitor and adjust VFDs and Servo drives to keep lines running smoothly.
• Use PLC logic to identify faults and make minor program tweaks.
• Document maintenance work and inspections in the CMMS.
