Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician I or II for a premier manufacturing facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs to optimize production, and on-call support to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements include two years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical systems, foundational drives/PLCs knowledge, and the ability to work 40+ hours with overtime and weekends. Night shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

High school diploma or vocational training required.
Two years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical systems.
Foundational training in drives and PLCs.
Experience with planning and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix machinery including AC/DC motors, drives, chillers, and downstream equipment.
Document PM and repairs in the CMMS to ensure compliance.
Identify, request, and procure necessary replacement parts from vendors.
Provide on-call support for technical issues and production needs.
Collaborate with production personnel to improve efficiency and safety.
Support continuous improvement projects and safe operating practices.
