Job summary

Gpac is partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to hire a Night Shift Maintenance Technician for their Vernon County dairy facility. This hands-on, multi-craft role supports 24/7 operations, focusing on safe, compliant and reliable operation of production, packaging, and utility systems.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, packaging, and utility systems across a 24/7 dairy facility.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of equipment and systems.
• Support automation, robotics, and pasteurization processes.
