Job summary

Triton Metal Products, a manufacturer of precision metal components, seeks a Maintenance Technician for night shift (8 pm–6 am) in Hamilton, IN. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on experience with fabrication equipment (press brakes, CNCs, lasers, welders), and a strong commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, controls, and pneumatic expertise.
• Expertise with manufacturing equipment repairs.
• Proficiency with preventative maintenance.
• Experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance-related software.
• Experience repairing fabrication machinery such as press brakes, CNC machines, lasers, welders, powder coat line.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines, buildings, and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and electrical problems and repair as needed.
• Inspect, test, and repair defective equipment parts and machinery.
• Follow checklists, replace filters, and manage drives, belts, and fluids.
• Create maintenance records and track costs and service history.
• Coordinate outsourced repairs with suppliers and technicians.
• Research parts and obtain quotes from vendors.
• Follow industrial electrical codes and OSHA safety regulations.
